What we collect

When you book a survey or send us an estimate, we receive your name, mobile number, area, approximate bill and any notes you add. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your rooftop solar enquiry, schedule a survey, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, file your subsidy and net-metering applications.

We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

Who sees it

Our survey, design and subsidy teams. For subsidy and net metering we submit the required details to the national portal and your electricity distribution company, with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for the life of your warranty.
